End-to-end process, uncompromising standards, and full traceability — We believe that innovative watchmaking technology sets the industry benchmark.
From design assistance to finished product delivery, our standardized one-stop operations cover every stage of watch manufacturing, ensuring the integrity and consistency of customer orders.
Our comprehensive inspection system enforces strict quality control at every process, from raw materials to finished products, eliminating any defects to ensure consistent product quality.
Backed by modern equipment, we flexibly accommodate both small and large batch orders. Through precise production scheduling and efficient execution, we ensure on-time delivery of uncompromising quality.
The watch assembly workshop is responsible for precisely assembling various components into finished watches, ensuring that the products meet process standards. The Quality Enhancement Team professionally restores imperfect products to meet process standards identified during inspection, while the self-inspection team maintains autonomous control over assembly quality throughout the entire process. These two teams work in synergy to guarantee stable product quality, thereby improving production efficiency and yield rates.
The finished products packaging workshop serves as the final checkpoint of the entire production line. The environment here is bright and spotless, with a constant temperature and humidity system ensuring optimal storage conditions for precision instruments at all times. The workshop is divided into clearly defined work zones, where workers in uniform anti-static clothing are busily and methodically carrying out their tasks at their respective stations. Watches that have passed rigorous quality inspections are neatly arranged on the workbenches. The packaging process is seamlessly integrated: first, workers carefully place the watches into customized premium watch boxes, accompanied by warranty cards and instruction manuals; next, the watch boxes are packed into outer cartons lined with shock-absorbing foam; finally, an automated sealing machine completes the shrink-wrapping and labeling. At the end of the assembly line, cartons of perfectly packaged finished watches await warehousing. The entire workshop operates in perfect order, reflecting both the high efficiency and rigorous standards of modern industry, as well as the profound care and cherishment for every precision timepiece.
In the factory's supply chain system, IQC (Incoming Quality Control) plays a pivotal role as the "gatekeeper at the source." Once the production control department arranges for materials to be warehoused according to the production plan, the IQC process is immediately initiated. First, IQC personnel conduct random sampling or full inspection of the incoming materials based on sampling standards. They then strictly follow engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and approved specifications to comprehensively inspect the dimensions, appearance, materials, and functional characteristics of the materials using tools such as calipers, optical measuring instruments, or dedicated testing fixtures. The core function of IQC lies in "prevention rather than cure." By accurately intercepting defective products before production, IQC effectively prevents unqualified raw materials from entering the assembly line, thereby avoiding production halts, rework waste, or finished product scrapping, which significantly reduces quality costs. Furthermore, IQC is responsible for issuing professional inspection reports, which serve as a basis for supplier performance evaluation and guidance, driving continuous improvement in supply chain quality. It is the first solid line of defense to ensure smooth subsequent assembly and stable finished product quality.
The testing workshop is the most technologically advanced and rigorous core area of the entire production line. Here, every newly assembled watch undergoes a "trial by fire": from laser calibration of timekeeping accuracy to airtight pressure testing for water resistance; from baking on a test plate to tens of thousands of button press endurance tests. No microscopic deviation is left unchecked. Acting as an impenetrable quality firewall, the testing team relies on scientific data and absolute rigor to ensure that every timepiece delivered to our customers is precise, reliable, and flawless.
