Production Department
Taking IQC (Incoming Quality Control) as the starting point of quality, we strictly enforce incoming sampling inspections and defective product isolation mechanisms to block quality risks at the source. Supported by the QAS (Quality Assurance System), we implement full-process quality monitoring on critical processes such as watch head assembly and finished product packaging, ensuring process compliance and product consistency. Through standardized operations in the assembly and packaging workshops, we achieve highly efficient capacity release and precise order delivery. Furthermore, leveraging the professional validation capabilities of the Physical Testing Team, we conduct rigorous tests, including water and air pressure tests, to comprehensively guarantee the reliability and durability of our products.
Incoming Material Quality Inspection
By strictly verifying against samples, we rigorously control the quality of accessories, mitigating quality risks right at the source.
Material Issuance
Upon passing IQC, the warehouse strictly issues materials in precise accordance with the BOM list. This ensures that components are delivered to the production department without any errors for watch assembly.
Watch Head Assembly
Based on the BOM, the Finished Watch Department performs precision assembly of the components. Once the main body of the watch is completed, it is smoothly handed over to the next process.
Testing Team
The Physical Testing Team strictly conducts water and airtightness tests, as well as vibration tests. This comprehensive validation of the watch's performance and sealing ensures that every finished product boasts uncompromising quality.
Quality Inspection
